Our Services HydroSpark provides professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a service if conditions at the property are deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for our team to work in.
Bookings & Quotes Quotes provided are based on the information you supply at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs from what was originally described. We will always communicate any changes before beginning work. A booking is confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from HydroSpark.
Access to Property You agree to ensure that our team has safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring cleaning on the agreed date and time. If access is not possible upon arrival and no prior notice was given, this may be treated as a late cancellation.
Payment Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept checks, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond 7 days may be subject to a late payment fee.
SMS / Text Message Programme By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from HydroSpark, you agree to the following terms:
Types of messages: You may receive SMS messages from us relating to appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service updates, follow-ups on completed work, and occasional promotions or special offers.
Opt-out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will receive no further SMS communications from us.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Satisfaction & Complaints Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, including returning to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional cost.
Liability HydroSpark takes every care when carrying out work at your property. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, fragile or faulty fixtures, or damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided. We carry public liability insurance and will handle any genuine claims fairly and transparently.
Weather & Safety Window cleaning is an outdoor service and is subject to weather conditions. We will not carry out work in conditions that pose a safety risk to our team or could result in a poor-quality outcome. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date as soon as possible.
Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website, and the effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
